Returns & Refunds

Every canvas is printed just for you after you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, a different size, or ordering by mistake.

Damaged or defective items

If your canvas arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

1. Email hello@blackcatbungalow.com within 14 days of delivery. Sooner is better.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. If it was damaged in shipping, please also include a photo of the box and packaging.
3. We'll reply with next steps, usually within 1–2 business days. You won't need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.

Canceling an order

Production starts quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel for a full refund only if your canvas hasn't gone into production yet.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
